The reason why I brought up this topic is that I found out a lot friends around me are missing their family and friends. It's over a month since they leave home and get over with the “Americe honeymoon” , life gets on the track, they start to thinking, some thing is missing... what is this? wait a minute! It's my dad and mom. It's all my friends back in home. It's my old life!
I'm not saying I don't miss my famliy, but things are weird for my. I have already leave home for two years, so what thay do now, for me as a person who experienced all of those, I completely and a hundred percent understand them.
The thing is I thought I already got over with the whole "home sick" thing but the truth is I didn't. After all those years and all the stuff I had been through, I thought I was tough enough to hendhold this, but I was woring.
All I did just built a wall between my parents and I so that I can hide my negative emtion behind it. Actally my parents did the same thing, they don't tell me how they felt, I believe the only reason they did that is they don' t want me to worry about anything, and so am I.
Sorry for whoevery is reading this, I'm not myself today. If you don't get what am I saying just ignore me.

About This
Wow! I didn't do that "Blog thing" for a quite long time even in Chinese. I always feel ashamed by showing my words to people, beacuse it just seems that I don't get this talent of writing and I'm a kind of person that don't willing to share my feelings.
But I still need to do my homework, in order to get my credit and get out of this class, (no offence, Sally)
Time gose so fast, before I know it, I'm allready a college student. I had a lot fancies about my college life, like be a head cheerleader, drinking at the bar when I reach the legal age, or party all night long. But fancy is fancy, just the first three weeks I have allready stuck with my homework and read. I believe it's going to get better, just depend on time.

What does it mean to live a healthy lifestyle? How can you do that as an international student at OU?
As a international student who came the U.S. for 2 years, I already knew what damage can unhealthy lifestyle does to my body. I have gained 10 pounds over last two years. It was a totally nightmare for me.
But it was in high school. Now speak to college, I have heard about "Freshmen 15" which means you will gain 15 pounds at the frist year of your college, only unhealthy lifestyle can do that. I have already spend a lot time to working on my diet, and for sure I do not want all the work I put in get destroyed by this "unhealthy lifestyle".
What is unealthy lifestyle? Obviously are eat stuff hed been deep fried or do not exercise at any piont... Actually in OU, you don't have to worry about haveing trouble to find health food or a place to exercise. OU provide all kinds of sports equipment and you can find fresh food in dining hall everyday.
But the point is you need to do it, if you choose unhealth things or stay in your room all day long, no one can force you. But if you really want live a healthy lifestyle, you can't let this happen! What I say is make a list, list all the good food you should eat, what time you should go to gym, force yourself to follow the list. It shouldn't be hard if you what your body stay in heatly and perfect shape.
